Valleyhi Community Executive meeting: June 14, 2026

Meeting called to order to go over board meeting and upcoming agenda items

President: Karl Ruether; Vice President: Danielle Small; Trustee’s Jim Nies, Steve Collamore, John (Sean) Baird,

Secretary: Siobhan Baird

Treasurer: Mike Weil

General conversation around upcoming budget and how funds should be divided. There is currently a 50-50 split between water and community and there is a consensus that that is not feasible, and adjustments need to be made.

Karl to meet with Laura Thompson, with Thompson Bookkeeping re: updated mailing list, budget, and to go over collection list/ accounts to make sure they a line with our records

Update community key list (Siobhan to take lead on this)

Continued conversation regarding past due accounts: Sean will work on letters that will go out to community members that are not in good standing re: HOA dues, water assessment, water bills. Community members have asked about starting a benevolence fund for community members who are in need of financial assistance. The board is looking into what that will look like, and what policy’s need to be put into place.

Danielle drafted treasurer position for review of the board. Changes can be made if needed. Cindy Collamore to be considered for treasure position.

Tom is no longer with the board and was in charge of PayPal. Confirmation needed for who will be managing this. Sean to take on PayPal, website, email
